Returns and exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience with TO THE MARKET, so we will do our best to exchange items of the wrong size. If we cannot offer a replacement product we will be glad to issue a refund or a store credit. We appreciate exchanges being made within 30 days of purchase and contacting customer support.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on bath & body products. If your item arrives damaged, a new product will be sent free of charge provided customer support is notified within 10 days of receipt.
Shoes may be exchanged for a different size but must be returned in the original condition and unworn.
Please be advised that all items offered by TO THE MARKET are handmade by artisans and may therefore vary slightly in construction, color, size and nature as each item is one of kind.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or is not what your purchased, please contact us and we will happily replace the item or issue a refund.
