Returns and exchanges

 

Please note that any credit offered by the Local Partners in exchange for returned products can only be used for purchases made through that same Local Partner on TO THE MARKET’s marketplace.

 

 

22 Stars

 

You have the right to return your product to 22STARS within 14 working days of receiving your purchase. Returns will be accepted if the product packaging and the product are undamaged. The shipping cost for returns are at your own expense. If you wish to exchange a product or something went wrong with your order, please contact us via email: info@22stars.com or phone: 0031 613518990 as soon as possible. We can then correct your order and/or let you know if the product that you want to exchange is in stock.

We have a three-month guaranty on all our products.  For this reason, you should keep the receipt as proof of purchase. In the event that three months have passed, or you have lost your receipt, you can still contact us. For us, a happy customer is the most important thing!

Please remember that our products are handcrafted from 100 percent recycled paper. They are not painted, but are instead the color of the paper used. Our beads allow light through, and you will most likely be able to see the finely textured paper underneath the beads. Each item is unique: color shadings, order of beads, size, length and patterns can vary a bit from the picture shown.

 

Alden Skirts

 

Merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for another size or print. Alden Skirts provides free shipping on returns/exchanges. Refunds must occur within 30 days of purchase, and will be refunded through credit for Alden Skirts products on the TO THE MARKET site. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Please email aldenskirts@gmail.com for exchange requests.

 

 

All Across Africa

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can replace or exchange it, or receive a refund. Turnaround time for exchanges and replacements is usually 2 to 3 weeks (including shipping time) if the item is in stock.

Refunds will be issued to your credit card as soon as your return is processed. Credits may take up to 5 days to post to your account. Exchanges and replacements will be treated as new orders; shipping and handling charges may apply.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on anything but a defective product and will only provide credit for ARZU products on the TO THE MARKET site. Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Refunds or exchanges can only be made for defective products. Please contact sales@bashaboutique.com for assistance.

 

Catrinka

 

Returns of unused merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must in original packaging and with original tags. Catrinka unfortunately cannot cover the cost of return shipping. For information regarding returns, please contact info@catrinka.com.

 

Didi Jewelry Project

 

Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Purchases from our inventory may be exchanged within 3 weeks of the date of purchase either for another piece of jewelry, store credit for our other products on the TO THE MARKET site, or a refund.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving product. If product is damaged on arrival, a full refund or replacement product is offered once damaged item is returned. Please email Ashley@floraStationery.com

We will exchange or refund any unused and undamaged merchandise within 21 days of the original purchase date. Shipping charges are not refundable. If paid via credit card, a refund should appear directly on your account.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for items that are unwashed, unworn, and in their original bag (if applicable), for up to 60 days after the original purchase date. To ensure timely processing of your return, please include a copy of your original Order Receipt marked with the reason for the return, and ship the item(s) to:

Please note that due to differences in photo shooting conditions and computer monitors, we cannot confirm the exact color of the photos. If you have a question about the color or size of a product, please email info@saribari.com and we will be happy to provide more details. We can confirm that the item you choose is the one that will be sent to you. Once you receive your order we cannot offer exchanges based on color. Returns will only be accepted if there is a defect with the product, and they may be returned for credit for Sari Bari products on the TO THE MARKET site.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of purchase date will be issued to your credit card. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Starfish Project Inc. guarantees all our products to be free from defect in design, material, and workmanship at the time of original purchase and for a subsequent period of one year.
